A sweet and sour tomato spread.
Cooking Time: 10 mins
- Half cup chopped spring onions
- 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1tbsp chopped capsicum
- Half tsp green chilli paste
- 2 tsp chopped coriander
- 1/4 cup oregano
- Half tsp jeera powder
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate the mixture for two hours.
- Mash the mixture slightly to turn it into sauce just before serving.
- Serve chilled.
