Hello everyone! How are you all doing? I hope that you all are doing well in your lives and had great Rakhi celebrations at your home. The week has started, and that compels me to write a review on fantastic products in market, so that you buy just the best and nothing else.
Today, I am going to review yet another product from the basket of The Body Shop. One thing that I like about The Body Shop products is that they are against animal testing. They are quite light and natural in texture. Most of the products by The Body Shop cause no irritation or harm on the skin. Now, let me review the Body Shop Aloe Soothing Night Cream.
What does the company claim about the product?
This rich, dermatologically tested night cream hydrates skin that needs more gentle care.
- Fragrance & color
- No added preservatives.
The product contains aloe vera gel that is clinically proven to soothe the skin. Glycerin is another key ingredient of this product, which improves the texture of the skin and makes it soft and supple. It also contains Shea butter that is nature’s great moisturizer.
My Verdict of the Product
No doubt, aloe products are extremely gentle on skin. They can hydrate and moisturize your skin like no other cream can. Trust me, if you have dry or flaky skin, then this gentle and soothing cream is made for you. If you do not have very dry skin, then you can go for this soothing cream at alternate nights.
Do you know that what is the best part about this product? The product contains no artificial fragrances, dyes, or alcohols. It comes to you in its natural form. The combination of Aloe, glycerin, and Shea butter is terrific to keep your skin hydrated. It is the best skin drink that your face can have during night, and it will lock all the moisture at its place. Although the cream can make your face look a bit greasy, but since it’s a night cream, it should not bother you at all.
It comes in a tub packaging; hence you can use even the last blot of the cream efficaciously. Only a little quantity is needed for it, to sink into your face. So, once you have bought it, it will go a long way.
- No preservatives, dyes or other artificial substances.
- Greatly hydrates and nourishes the dry and sensitive skin
- Soothes any irritation on the skin
It can leave your face a little greasy. Again, I should remind you that it is a night cream, so this problem shouldn’t really bother you.
Cost Effective: 3.5/5
Packaging: 4.5/5 (as it comes in a tub packaging, some people might find it unhygienic, though for me it’s totally worth it.)
Aroma: 4.8/5 (actually no artificial aroma)
Overall Score: 4.4/5 (very good)
