Lakme Deep Pore Cleanser, formulated with natural Avocado extracts, gently cleans the skin for all surface impurities. Vitamin E, known for its antioxidant properties, conditions the skin. Skin feels visibly cleansed and purified.

My Take

Packaging: It comes in a cute curved plastic bottle with a flip open cap. But the bottle is opaque, so you can’t really see how much cleanser is left.

Product: it’s white and creamy, and glides easily on the skin. Like I said before, it has got a very good smell and cooling properties. You need to take a very small quantity and glide it all over your face in circular motion. I use it on the neck as well. The cooling properties and the heavenly scent make you feel cleaner already. But once you clean with damp cotton, you can actually see its effect on your skin. Follow up with a toner. No moisturizer required afterwards as it includes moisturizing agent. You can use it as a makeup remover also, but I prefer cleaning up my skin with it every night, before I go to sleep. It’s always better to let your skin breathe at night, and my Lakme cleanser does just that to the skin.

I also use it for scrubbing sometimes. Just add a little bit sugar in it, and scrub gently. It works for regular cleaning and blackheads. But, if you have problem of skin with zits and all, then I am not sure you should scrub with it.

What I Like about It

  • It cools and cleans the skin
  • It’s amazing fragrance
  • Very small quantity required to clean the whole face
  • Can be used in the absence of makeup remover
  • Pocket friendly
  • Easy to carry
  • It’s really gentle on skin

What I Don’t Like about It

  • It may not suit those with an oily skin
  • It stings eyes and so, you should really avoid its contact with eyes.
  • Not helpful in removing waterproof makeup
  • Contains parabens

Yes! I think this cleanser is great for its value. Just 110 for the 120ml bottle, which lasts in a month if you use it every day.
