It’s a moment of baby joy for the royal family of Cambridge as Catherine Middleton is confirmed to be pregnant. The news was confirmed by the palace, when Kate was admitted to the hospital for severe morning sickness. The official statement read: “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby. The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news.”
Prince William and Kate said in a statement, that their joy has no bounds. News is that Kate is not yet 12 weeks pregnant. Kate’s pregnancy rumours have been ubiquitous lately since Monday. Reports say that the duchess is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, which is also a part of morning sickness during pregnancy. The sickness is common among women who are expecting twins.
“As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter,” St James’ Palace announced. Prince William was seen in high spirits while leaving the hospital as this is moment of real big rejoice for him and Kate.
Kate was also visited by her siblings James and Pippa and mom Carole at the King Edward VII hospital on Thursday.
We wish the couple all the luck and joy!
