Paneer Korma

Paneer cubes packed with the goodness of cream and mava, perfect combination with hot parathas.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 1 Adrak
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Mava
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Green Chilly
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 3 Onions
  • 4 Tomatoes

Method

  • Grind onion, green chilli and ginger together.
  • Cut down paneer into square pieces and grate mava.
  • Heat some ghee in a pan.
  • Put in the onion paste and sauté till golden.
  • Add tomatoes paste and fry till it leaves oil in the pan.
  • Add cream and malai to the gravy.
  • Cook till two minutes.
  • Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt and garam masala.
  • Add paneer pieces to the gravy.
  • Simmer till the gravy thickens.
  • Serve hot with naan.
