Ingredients

  • 100 grams of grated Cottage cheese (paneer)
  • 4 rotis of Refined flour (maida)
  • 2 Potatoes (boiled, peeled, and mashed)
  • Salt, according to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Dry mango powder (amchur)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons of Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Oil to deep-fry
  • Salad
  • 1/4 small of Cabbage
  • 1 medium of Carrot
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Chaat masala

Method

  • Take a big bowl and put in the grated cottage cheese.
  • Add mashed potatoes, lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala and dried mango powder.
  • Add the chopped coriander leaves into it, and mix well.
  • Take a small amount from the mixture into your palm.
  • Give this mixture the shape of even and long-sized kebabs.
  • Take a non-stick pan and heat some oil in it.
  • Brown the kebabs properly, by flipping on time-to-time.
  • When prepared, take out and keep aside in a platter.
  • Now, grate the cabbage thinly, and keep it in a bowl.
  • Slice the carrots thinly and add with the cabbage.
  • Mix salt and chaat masala in the veggies.
  • Keep in the fridge.
  • Prepare a batter of the maida for chapattis.
  • Prepare chapattis on a hot tawa.
  • Place the chapatti on a plain surface.
  • Keep one kebab in the middle of each chapatti.
  • Put 1 spoon of the salad mixture over it.
  • Sprinkle with the little chaat masala and roasted cumin powder.
  • Roll them up properly.
  • Serve immediately with sauce.
