Frozen Blueberry Lemonade

Summer becomes tolerable with rosy glasses in hand! So, make summers more rosy and cosy, with the tantalizing blend of blueberries and lemonade, now!

Frozen Blueberry Lemonade

  • 1 1/2 cups of blueberries
  • 1 cup of lemonade
  • 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves (save some for serving)
  • 1/4 cup of confectioners/icing sugar

For Blueberry Syrup:

  • 1 cup of Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 1 whole Lemon (for Juice)

For Lemonade:

  • 2 whole Lemons- parted, and seeds removed
  • 4 cups of water, divided
  • 1-¼ cup of Granulated/icing Sugar

For Blueberry Lemonade:

  • 2 cups of Fresh Lemonade
  • 4 cups of Ice Cubes
  • ½  tbsp of Blueberry Syrup


For Blueberry Syrup:

  • Take a blender and blend the blueberries, until they smoothen.
  • Put the pureed blueberries and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Bring it to a boil.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Take away from gas and place aside.
  • Squeeze the lemon on the prepared syrup.
  • Now, you can keep the blueberry syrup in a fridge, to cool down.

For Blueberry Lemonade:

  • Put in the ice cubes and lemonade, in a blender.
  • Blend until the ice gets crushed well.
  • Place around 2 tbsp of blueberry syrup, in the base of the frosty glasses, one-by-one.
  • Now, you can pour the frozen lemonade on the syrup, in the glasses.
  • Use mint sprigs for garnishing.
