Chilly and Garlic Paneer Kebabs

Crisp and spicy kebabs with a tinge of garlic.

Serves: 4


  • Garlic paste: 2 tea spoon
  • Paneer: Three stripes
  • Chili garlic sauce: 2 tea spoon
  • Garlic paste: 2 tea spoon
  • Hot sauce: 2 tea spoon
  • Bread crumbs: 3 cups
  • Paprika powder: 2 tea spoon
  • Oil: As per taste
  • Salt: As per taste


  • Water: 1 cup
  • Milk: Half litre
  • White Four (Maida): 1 cup
  • Salt: As per taste


  • Mix all the sauces, garlic paste and salt in a bowl. Marinate the paneer in the mixture for 45 minutes.
  • Separately, mix the paprika powder and bread crumbs.
  • Now make a thick batter by mixing milk, salt, flour and water.
  • Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and then roll it over bread crumbs.
  • Fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with a cup of good homemade ginger tea…!
