  2. Why did you quit your previous job? / Why do you want to leave your current employer?
  3. What was your job-profile in the last company?

  5. Tell me the difficult moments of your previous job.
  6. What were your achievements in the earlier job?
  7. Have you received any other job offer?
  8. This is entirely new field to work. Do you think that you will carry out it successfully?
  9. Tell me about your leadership style.
  10. What are the things that you don’t like in the past job?
  11. Can you give me two references of your past employer?
  12. How much salary growth do you expect?
