Ingredients Required

Beet greens

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoon sunflower oil

¼ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cumin

2 clove garlic

Method of Preparation

  • Chop beet greens.
  • Take a pan. Pour 1 cup water, black pepper, and salt.
  • To it, add chopped beet greens. Boil it.
  • Meanwhile, in another pan, saute sliced garlic and cumin in oil.
  • Add it to the beet greens pan. Boil it over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
