¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon sunflower oil
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
2 clove garlic
Method of Preparation
- Chop beet greens.
- Take a pan. Pour 1 cup water, black pepper, and salt.
- To it, add chopped beet greens. Boil it.
- Meanwhile, in another pan, saute sliced garlic and cumin in oil.
- Add it to the beet greens pan. Boil it over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
