Neutral eyes and pop lips are just the trend! This is a makeup which you can wear to your office or while going for a casual lunch. Just perfect for the daytime!
Here’s a step by step tutorial for everyday neutral eye makeup!
Start by filling the whole lid with ivory base.
Sweep some white shadow on your brow bone alongside the brow, to highlight it.
Sweep a little brown eye shadow onto the outer lid. Decide the shade of brown according to your skin tone. We prefer using matte shadow for the natural look.
And then, sweep the brush slightly over the crease.
Now sweep a little bit brown under your lower lid. Be very careful that you don’t go too far down and not use too much brown, otherwise you will end up looking like you got punched in the face.
Now, if you want a too neutral effect, all you need is to add mascara to your upper and lower lashes. However, we are better fans of a little smoky neutral, and here follows the steps!
Line your upper lid and waterline with black or brown eye liner. You may give it a slight winged look, as shown in the picture. Start lining your lid at a distance from the inner corner of your eye for brighter looking eyes. Curl your lashes if you use a eye lash curler.
Add mascara to your upper as well as lower lashes. Remember, not more than 2 coats of mascara. Wiggle the brush at the roots and stretch out upwards avoiding any lumps.
And now, you are ready with neutral (not too much neutral) eyes that look stunning!
