1. Lemon


Take a tbsp of lemon juice. Add it to a cup of water. You can also add salt to it. Use it to rinse your mouth. This remedy will help you to get rid of bad breath, within a few days.

Take a glass of water and dissolve one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in it. Consume it before and after having a meal. Else, utilize it to gargle.

3. Cloves


Chew 2-3 cloves. It will remove bad breath within a few minutes. Alternatively, take 2 cups of hot water and put 3 cloves in it. Boil it for 15-20 minutes, stirring intermittently. Drink it or use it as a mouthwash, two times a day.

Drink black or green tea. These teas contain polyphenols that check the growth of bad breath causing bacteria. You can also opt for herbal tea. For preparing herbal tea, take a cup of water and add 2 tsp of dried alfalfa leaves. Steep it for 12-15 minutes. Drink it many times a day.

5. Fennel (Saunf)


You can refresh your breath by chewing fennel seeds. For effective results, mix fennel seeds with cardamom and clove. Chew this mixture.

Brush with toothpaste comprising of tea tree oil. Alternatively, pour 3-4 drops of tea tree oil on your toothpaste. Brush with it. One another way is to prepare tea tree oil mouthwash. Mix equal quantity of lemon oil, peppermint oil, and tea tree oil. Dissolve this mixture in a glass of water. Utilize it as a mouthwash.

7. Baking Soda


Spread some baking soda on your toothpaste. Brush with it. Another option is to dissolve some baking soda in water and gargle with this mixture. It is very effective in killing the bacteria that cause odour in your mouth. It is the easiest home remedy to remove the bad breath.

8. Cardamom Seeds


Chew cardamom seeds. It has aromatic flavour that works as a breath freshener.

9. Mustard Oil


Take one tsp of mustard oil. Add ½ tsp of salt to it. Mix it well. Use it to massage your gums. It will help you in keeping the bad breath away of you.

10. Parsley


Chew handful of fresh parsley leaves. Alternatively, prepare the juice of parsley leaves with the help of juicer. Sip it whenever you want to refresh your bad breath.

11. Unripe Guava

12. Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)


Add one tsp of fenugreek seeds to ½ litre cold water. Put it on low flame, and heat for 15-20 minutes. Strain it. Sip it slowly. This remedy will eradicate the bad breath.

13. Sugarless Chewing Gum


For keeping bad breath away, chew sugarless chewing gum. It will stimulate the saliva production and prevent mouth dryness, eliminating bad breath.
